Michael is a construction lawyer with a principal focus on construction and engineering disputes.

Michael's practice focuses on the resolution of complex and high value disputes, including those relating to defects in design and construction, professional liability, delay, variations, loss and expense, disruption and final account issues. He assists clients during the course of a project when disputes arise and by way of formal disputes in the major forums of dispute resolution, including mediation, adjudication and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court.

Michael's recent experience includes representing a London Borough Local Authority in a multi-million, multi-party dispute relating to serious fire safety, structural, architectural and MEPH defects at a residential block with over 40 apartments.
