Katie Evans
Katie is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate department.
Katie joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021 and completed seats in Real Estate (Investment & Development), Banking & Finance and the firm's Abu Dhabi office where she worked on a variety of projects spanning our Corporate, Commercial and Projects & Infrastructure practices.
As an Associate in the firm's Real Estate department, Katie works with a variety of corporate occupiers, landlords and institutional investors in relation to their real estate interests in the UK. Katie has experience working on a diverse range of transactions including asset management, portfolio re-financings, development and landlord and tenant matters.
Katie's has worked in a variety of sectors, including office, retail, industrial and logistics, senior care living and mixed-use development.
