Nikita is a Partner in the International Dispute Resolution department of Trowers & Hamlins.
Nikita's experience includes international arbitration (before DIAC, ICC and the LCIA) and litigation (both on-shore and off-shore).
Nikita has significant experience of domestic and international litigation and arbitration across numerous jurisdictions including, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi, Pakistan, India, Nigeria, Yemen, Kenya and Ghana.
Nikita has acted for a wide variety of clients including multinational corporations, government owned institutions, high-net-worth individuals and FTSE 100 (or equivalent) companies. Her sector focuses include real estate, hospitality and automotive disputes. She also frequently advises clients in relation to the Commercial Agency law applicable in several GCC Countries.
