Eloise specialises in all aspects of residential property including buying and assigning both new build and previously owned properties, refinancing, lease extensions and acting for lenders.
Eloise has experience acting for both UK and overseas high net worth individuals, companies and trusts on a variety of freehold and leasehold transactions. She also advises clients on various property finance structures, including Islamic financing.
